1.All contracts are subject to the express condition that the Sellers will not be
liable for loss or damage arising from strikes lockouts cessation or shortened hours
of labour delays or any unexpected or exceptional cause or any matter beyond the
control of the Sellers.
2.The goods shall be delivered by the Sellers to the Buyers provided nevertheless
that from the time of the despatch thereof from the Sellers premises and until such
delivery the risk of any loss or damage to or deterioration of the goods from whatever
cause arising shall be borne by the Buyers
3.All prices quoted are 'Ex Works' Bristol and the Buyers are at liberty to collect
the equipment from the works or to request the Sellers to deliver. In the case of
the latter alternative, the full cost of the transport involved will be charged to
the Buyers account.
4.Delays in delivery shall not entitle the Buyers to cancel the contract or to claim
against the Sellers for any consequential loss.
5.The Buyers shall examine the goods on receipt and if they consider the same do
not conform to contract shall return them immediately to be replaced or rectified
if the Sellers are satisfied they do not so conform and the Sellers shall be under
no further liability to the Buyers. Claims for shortage will not be accepted unless
reported to the Sellers within seven days of delivery.
6.Default in payment on the due dale of any money shall entitle the Seller to withhold

for transport charge. On first transactions over £50 Cash before Delivery or two
trade references and a Bank reference are required to enable a credit account to

9.We reserve the right to levy 3% interest above base per month on any outstanding
balance not paid within the agreed credit time limit
10.The contract price may be increased by the amount of any increase occurring between
the date of the quotation and the date of the completion of the contract in the cost
of materials, labour and transport.
11.No responsibility will be accepted by the Sellers for consequences of and failure
in action or breakdown due to defective materials or workmanship or otherwise nor
for loss injury or damage to the Buyers or any other persons caused directly or indirectly
by the use of the goods or the breakdown or failure in action thereof or the negligence
of the Sellers.
12.Orders are only accepted subject/to the Sellers' Conditions of Sale as herein
printed. Unless expressly accepted in writing any conditions in a customers form
at variance with or in addition to these conditions' shall not apply.
13.Any timber or plywood goods or component parts made of timber or plywood are not
tested or sola as fit for any particular purpose. Any term warranty or condition
express implied or statutory to the contrary is excluded. In no circumstances whatsoever
shall Seller's liability (in contract tort or otherwise) to the Buyer arising under
out of or in connection with this contract or the goods supplied exceed the invoice
price (or current market value if the pieces are a component part only) of the particular
piece(s) in regard to which complaint is made.
14.Measurements specified on the Buyer's documentation or enquiry will not form part
of the contract unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Sellers at the time
the Buyer's order is placed
15.English law applies to all transactions undertaken between site equipment limited
and their customers
16.CPA Model Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions.
